Chakra Meditation
Chakra in Sanskrit means the wheel or the vortex. Chakras are part of our conscience and we employ them reflect on the decisions which we make in our lives. Realization of peace : There are various manners of practising the meditation of chakra, including a useful method for beginners. Before beginning your meditation, make sure that you are equipped in loose and comfortable clothing and to find a space which is free of the noise and the interruption.
Low Chakra- the first chakra is located in the sector of the base of the lumbar column. It is the center of vitality, physical energy, and the instinct of self-preservation. It activates and reinforces the will to live, survive, etc… it helps to live on the physical plane, and stimulates energies of the life. It is the place of Kundalini . It is also the center, which animates the kidneys, glands of suprarenal, and the column in the physical body. The colors joined include the red, representing essential, idealistic, and trustful passion during the life, and the black, representing the stability and melting it with the source of safety,
pass each chakra in their turn, starting with root chakra: imagine that you draw energy to the top of the ground, by chakra of root and that this accumulates in the base of your spine. One also said that the second chakra is located under the sector under the vein, the place of spleen. It is the center, which takes account of the vitalization of the whole physical form. Chakra Meditation: The third chakra contains a protective energy, being protected from any negativity, which is contained one of chakras. It is the center, which animate the stomach, the liver, the gall bladder, the nervous system sympathetic nerve (involuntary muscles which increases the mobilization of the physical body), the pancreas, and the adrenales.
Heart chakra : imagine your heart to obtain more extremely with each breath. See and to feel the luminous light to radiate this sector outside. chakra of face, by maintaining your eyes closed, concentrate on your “third eye” (the point between your eyebrows). try to see this sector though your eyes are fine and to observe what you see.
In conclusion, it is will of crown. visualize a beautiful flowering lotus with thousand petals of the end of your head. As you visualize, see the change of color of a purple-dark beam to a brilliant white light
